This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to Giftdown, a mobile application (the “App”) developed and distributed by Felinguo Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). The App is offered as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store — no subscription, in-app purchases, or advertising is involved.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or process any personal data or device information from
users.
The App does not access or collect precise or approximate location data from your device at any time.
Since no data is collected,no information is shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties, including advertisers, analytics providers, or service partners.
You may cease all interaction with the App at any time by uninstalling it via your device’s standard application management system. As no data is retained, no additional opt-out mechanisms are necessary.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area, where stricter consent requirements apply).
Although the App does not collect or store any user data, we adhere to industry-standard security practices in our development and distribution processes to safeguard the integrity of the App itself.
Giftdown does not integrate any third-party SDKs, libraries, or services that collect, process, or transmit user or device data.
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via a prominent in-app notice or via the app store listing prior to implementation.
